Our manufacturing process begins with careful fabric selection and preparation. We source performance fabrics according to the technical requirements of each cycling apparel order, considering fabric weight, stretch, breathability, durability, comfort, and intended use.

Before production, fabrics are inspected, prepared, and organized in stock according to customer specifications. Proper fabric handling and preparation help ensure consistent quality throughout cutting, stitching, printing, and final garment production.

Pattern Development & Cutting

Our pattern development process is based on accurate measurements, professional garment patterns, and customer-specific sizing requirements. We develop and refine patterns for different cycling apparel styles to achieve a consistent fit, proper panel placement, and production accuracy.

Once patterns are approved, fabrics are carefully laid and marked before precision cutting. Skilled cutting operators ensure each panel is cut accurately and consistently, helping maintain correct sizing, alignment, and fabric utilization throughout production.

Stitching & Assembly

Our stitching and assembly process combines skilled workmanship with professional sewing techniques to ensure accurate construction and reliable garment performance. Each cut panel is carefully assembled according to the approved pattern, size specifications, and customer requirements.

Our skilled sewing operators focus on precise stitching, clean seams, accurate panel alignment, and consistent construction throughout production. Special attention is given to areas requiring stretch, durability, comfort, and strength for cycling apparel.

Throughout assembly, garments are checked for stitch quality, seam consistency, panel placement, sizing, and overall workmanship. This helps us maintain reliable production standards before garments move to printing, branding, finishing, and final inspection.
